Our charter is to:

• Build leadership programs and opportunities for our “na pua o Hawai‘i,” the youth of Hawai‘i

• Serve as a conduit to ensure that young men and women have the skill sets and competencies to become effective leaders in our Native Hawaiian and rural communities
