The Digital Bus also serves the island of Moloka‘i. With the help of grants from Office of Hawaiian Affairs and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), students and teachers have been able to participate in meaningful projects such as:

• Stream monitoring projects for students from grades 4-12.
• A professional development program for Moloka’i teachers that provides the training and technology tools needed to conduct environmental monitoring projects with their students.

Moloka‘i has been sharing Digital Bus resources with Maui. In 2010, the island will receive its own full-time Digital Bus.
