Alaka’ina Foundation teams with Hawaii Pacific Foundation to fund full four-year medical scholarship

The Alaka’ina Foundation and another Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) the Hawaii Pacific Foundation have teamed together to provide a four-year medical scholarship to the John A. Burns School of Medicine at the University of Hawaii. This full four-year scholarship will go to an already qualified native Hawaiian student who wishes to work in areas of Hawaii containing high numbers of native Hawaiians.
